By accessing and using the Rudra Gem Solutions website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Procurement & Quotations
All quotes provided through this website are estimates and subject to final validation. Official procurement and binding financial contracts must be executed through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal or via formally signed purchase orders.
3. OEM Authorizations (MAF)
Rudra Gem Solutions acts as an authorized supplier. Any Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF) provided for tenders are subject to the terms dictated by the respective Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rudra Gem Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, particularly the jurisdiction of Andhra Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
